The problem

The pattern we see on every first call.

You built your practice on trust and word of mouth. That works, right up until you want to grow.

01
Pain point

Word of mouth has hit its ceiling

Referrals built your practice and they are still your best source of clients, but you cannot grow on them alone. New people who hear about you look you up first, and when they find a thin or dated website, some of that hard-won trust leaks away before they ever book. You need a presence that does the reassuring for you when you are not in the room.

02
Pain point

Your site looks like every other practitioner

You started on Wix or Squarespace with a wellness template, and so did everyone else in your field. The result is a sea of near-identical sites: the same stock photos, the same soft gradients, the same calm-but-generic feel. Nothing tells a prospective client why you, specifically, are the right person to trust with their body or their mind.

03
Pain point

Booking is more friction than it should be

A prospective client is ready to book, and then the system gets in the way. The calendar is buried, the integration looks bolted on, payment is awkward, or the whole flow simply does not work cleanly on a phone. Every extra step is a chance to lose someone who had already decided to come. Booking should be the easiest thing on the site, and usually it is the hardest.

04
Pain point

You did not train to be a marketer

You are a practitioner, not a brand strategist or a web developer, and the time you spend wrestling with your website is time you are not spending with clients or on your own practice. You want someone to take the whole thing off your plate, do it properly, and hand it back working, without turning it into a second job.

How we fix it

The same method, pointed at Hastings.

Strategy first.

Then twenty-one days.

We take it off your plate in twenty-one days, fixed fee, with both of us on it. Fliss leads the strategy and the practical side, including getting your booking flow working properly. Greg builds a brand that feels calm and distinctive rather than calm and generic, so you stand out in a field where everyone looks the same.

It begins with a strategy day where we get clear on who your ideal clients are, what they need to feel before they book, and where you want the practice to be in three years. From there we design an identity and a website built around one goal: turning a visitor into a booking. That means clear, reassuring copy, a brand that feels like you, and a booking system that works cleanly, including the kind of custom fixes that make third-party tools behave.

You end up with a practice that looks as considered as the care you give, and a booking flow that does not get in your clients’ way. It is all in a system you can update yourself, and it is yours to keep, with no platform holding your business hostage.

Questions

Straight answers, no sales call required.

The things people ask.

01Can you set up online booking?
Yes. We integrate booking tools like Gymcatch or your preferred system and apply the custom fixes that make them look and work like part of your site rather than a bolt-on. For Pilates by Sarah T we built a Gymcatch integration with custom styling so booking felt seamless.
02I am on Wix or Squarespace. Why move?
Templates are quick to start with and easy to outgrow. They tend to look like every other practitioner, limit how distinctive your brand can be, and keep you paying monthly. We build a brand that is genuinely yours on a system you own, so you are not one of a thousand near-identical sites.
03Will the site work well on a phone?
Yes, and we design for the smallest screens first. Most of your clients will find and book you on a phone, so the whole experience, especially booking, is built to be fast and effortless on mobile.
04How much does it cost?
A fixed fee from £4,995 + VAT for the full brand and website engagement, or from £3,500 + VAT for brand only. You pay in two instalments: 50% up front to secure your start date, and 50% on asset handover, and we can usually arrange a simple payment plan.
05Do you work with solo practitioners?
Yes. A solo instructor or therapist is an ideal fit for the 21-day engagement: one decision-maker, quick feedback, and a practice that deserves to look as good as the work feels. We have done exactly this for instructors and practice owners.
Sector experience

We have done.

this before.

Wellness practices are a real strength of ours. Sarah at Pilates by Sarah T came to us for a first proper brand, a fast site, and booking that just worked, and her waitlist filled within weeks of launch. Feral Swan, a brand-new nature-based wellbeing and ecotherapy practice, needed a calm, distinctive front door, and we built one with a logo, an icon set, and a one-page site.

We are based in Hastings, where the wellness scene is full of independent practitioners, so we understand the field and the people in it. We know what makes a practice feel trustworthy, what makes a client book rather than browse, and how to build both into the work.

Next step

Thirty minutes, and you'll know either way.

A practice that looks as good as it feels.

Book a strategy call. Thirty minutes to talk through your practice and whether the 21-day engagement is right for you.
