Days, end to end

Most website projects drag on for months.

  • Meetings.
  • Feedback rounds.
  • Scope creep.
  • Endless revisions.

We don’t work that way.

We help organisations launch a strategically grounded website in 21 days for a fixed fee.

How we work
  1. 01

We help you look three years ahead for your business.

  2. 02

We use that information to create or review your brand identity.

  3. 03

We build the website that is going to get you to where you want to be.

Why clients choose this approach
  • Faster
  • Fixed cost
  • No endless workshops
  • Grounded in strategy
  • Better decisions
  • Clear ownership
No lock-in

We build the website that works best for you. Need a Shopify site? We build in Shopify. Need a brochure site? We build in code with a best-in-class CMS.

No platform lock-in, no dependency on Framer, Webflow, or Squarespace, and no ongoing platform costs. It belongs to you.

§ 02 – Day by day

All twenty-one days, accounted for.

The timeline.

A pre-engagement Discovery Call starts the work and a Day 0 questionnaire grounds it. Where do you want to be three years from now? Your business, your audience, your edge. Sixty minutes, self-guided. This shapes everything that follows. The 321 Method then runs, with specific days clustering inside each phase. Tap a row for the detail.

01
Phase 1

Strategy & brand

Create the strategy and visual identity so every decision aligns with where you want to be in three years.

Day 1Questionnaire analysis & brand gapDiagnose

We research your market to see what your competitors are doing already. Then, we send over a handful of sharp questions about where you want to be in three years. You give us the context; we use it to map out the strategy.

Day 2One-hour strategy callDecide

You meet with Fliss to delve deeper into the 3-year plan and your current foundation.

Days 3 – 5Two initial logo directionsSent Fri 10am

Colour palette, typefaces, imagery guidelines, sitemap and homepage copy with them. Sent Friday at 10am, with an optional 2pm review meeting blocked in the calendar.

Yes

Fit for purpose? Will it take you where you want to go? Is it digital-first? Does it hold up at 16 px favicon scale?

No

We start fresh from the completed questionnaire as the strategic foundation. We design for the smallest screens first and scale up.

02
Phase 2

Design & build

We bring the strategy to life. We build your site on the platform that actually suits you.

Days 10 – 17Custom-coded site buildBuild

We build your new website on the modern stack that suits you. We send the homepage on Friday at 10am with an optional 2pm review. Your website will be ready for your review by day 17.

BranchDo you have a website?Adapts
Yes

Up to ten pages: we redesign within the 21 days. More than ten: we redesign ten pages and offer an extended development stage after the 21.

We design and develop the full site, up to ten pages within the 21. E-commerce is extra, built as a follow-on stage.

03
Phase 3

Launch & handoff

We test everything, optimise performance, and hand over the keys you fully own.

Days 18 – 19Checks, snags, go-liveShip

Core web vitals. Go-live protocol: DNS, SSL, on-page SEO, Google Analytics. Launch on final payment, and the keys are yours.

§ 03 – Deliverables

Four things you keep.

All in the £4,995.

On handover, you walk away with four deliverables: a brand strategy, brand guidelines, a complete visual identity, and a live website. Every one yours to keep, nothing held back for an upsell.

Below are the services our clients request most often. We don’t upsell. We don’t want to take your money when it isn’t necessary. We enjoy training you up where that’s most sensible. That said, when a client does want more, we’re delighted to help.

Standalone brand identity

Strategy and identity, without the website build.

Animation and motion

Motion for sites, brands and campaigns.

Aftercare

Updates, support and small builds after launch.

Strategy intensive

The Future Back exercise as a standalone, the strategic foundation before committing to a full transformation.

Something not on the list?

Tell us. We’ve shaped engagements around product launches, IPOs, M&A re-architecture, and “we have six weeks before the trade show.” If you have a deadline and a problem, send us the brief.

§ 05 – Frequently asked

Things owners and directors ask before signing.

  • 01What if 21 days isn’t enough for our category?
It’s the right question. We’ve turned down work in categories where 21 days genuinely isn’t enough, heavily regulated finance, multi-stakeholder healthcare, anything that needs legal review at every step. If yours is one of those, we’ll say so on the first call and recommend a longer bespoke engagement.
  • 02Who is this for, and not for?
It’s built for owners and directors of businesses of one to ten people who can make decisions quickly and return feedback and documents promptly across the 21 days. If that’s you, the sprint works as designed. It’s not for projects that need committee sign-off, or enterprise builds that need a much larger site than the 21-day scope covers. We can still help there, it just needs a different scope and timeline.
  • 03Who actually does the work?
The two of us, Fliss and Greg. No producers, no juniors, no offshore team. The people who sold you the work are the people who make it, every day.
  • 04How much does the 321 Method cost?
From £4,995 + VAT, fixed fee, for the full 321 engagement, strategy, brand, and website. Two instalments: 50% up front, 50% on handover. Add-ons (motion, illustration, additional pages) are quoted separately.
  • 05Can we extend if we need more time?
If we agree during the project that the scope has grown, we’ll quote for any extra work required. We will check with you that you can commit to the pace of the work before you sign up, and if you can’t we will recommend a project with a different scope and longer timeline.
  • 06Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before the first strategy session.
  • 07What won’t you do?
The 321 Method is a fixed-scope sprint, not a retainer, so we won’t bundle in monthly fees you don’t need. If you’d rather we looked after the site after launch, that’s an optional ongoing-support arrangement you choose separately. We won’t rebrand without strategy. We won’t design with a committee: we need one decision-maker to keep within this 21 day timeline. We won’t work on projects that we don’t feel proud of.
  • 08What if our project doesn’t fit the twenty-one-day scope?
Most don’t, in the strict sense. Most fit the scope close enough that the twenty-one-day sprint works as-is. For the projects that genuinely need more, a bigger website, a Shopify build, custom animation, or a phased rollout, we quote bespoke, up to £14,995, same fixed-fee discipline, same Method. Book a strategy call and we’ll tell you within thirty minutes which version your project is.
  • 09Where are you based?
Most of our projects are remote, but we enjoy meeting up with clients in person and sometimes it’s very useful to visit your place of work to get the best sense of your business and brand.
  • 10There's a lot in the news about AI and cyber attacks. Is my site safe?
Safer than most, by design. We don't build on the platforms and plugins that get broken into, so there's very little to attack in the first place. With a maintenance plan, we keep everything patched as that starts to matter more. What a website can't protect is your accounts, passwords and inbox, which is where most small-business trouble actually begins, so we'll point you at the simple habits that cover those. Between a site with almost nothing to attack and a few sensible habits, you're in good shape.
