30 minutes. You’ll know either way.
Whisk Digital is a two-person brand and design studio in Hastings. We build a complete brand, strategy, identity, and guidelines, in twenty-one days for a fixed fee. Whether you are starting from nothing or have outgrown a DIY logo, you deal with both senior partners the whole way.

Heritage murals brought online. A brand, an identity, and a hand-coded website delivered in twenty-one days, with a first hotel commission landing soon after launch.
The pattern we see on every first call.
You have a name, maybe a logo you made yourself or paid forty pounds for online, and a strong sense of what you do. What you do not have is a coherent identity: a considered name treatment, a colour palette, a typeface system, and a voice that sounds like you and nobody else. Without it, everything you publish looks tentative, and tentative is a hard thing to charge properly for.
The brand that got you started is now holding you back. It was fine when you were finding your feet, but you are pitching for bigger work, raising your prices, or standing next to more established competitors, and the DIY look is quietly costing you credibility. You can feel the gap between how good the business has become and how it presents.
The logo on your van does not match the one on Instagram, which does not match the one on your invoices. Three different blues, two fonts that were whatever was installed, and no rules for any of it. Every touchpoint pulls in a slightly different direction, so none of them build on the others, and the whole thing feels less solid than the work deserves.
You have seen what a full agency rebrand costs and how long it takes, and it is out of proportion to where the business is right now. You want the strategic thinking and the craft, without the workshops, the committee, and the invoice that arrives before anything useful does.
The same method, pointed at Hastings.
Then twenty-one days.
We compress the whole thing into twenty-one days, fixed fee, with both of us on it. Greg leads the brand and design, Fliss leads the strategy and business thinking, and you get both of us rather than a junior working from a brief.
It begins with a strategy day where we map the business three years out: who you are for, what you stand against, and the decision filter that should sit behind every brand choice. From there we develop two distinct identity directions, then refine the chosen one into a complete system, logo and marks, a type stack, a colour palette, imagery direction, and a voice, all written down as guidelines your team or any future agency can actually use.
For a brand-only engagement, where you are not also rebuilding the website, the fixed fee starts at £3,500 + VAT. You walk away owning a one-page brand strategy, a full visual identity in every format you will be asked for, and a guidelines document that keeps everything consistent from your van to your invoices.
Work for businesses the size of yours.

Why being local is more than a postcode.
Properly local.
We are a Hastings studio, based on Robertson Street, and we have built brands from scratch for businesses across the town and well beyond it. Melissa White, the local muralist, came to us needing an identity that matched the quality of her heritage work. Cotswold Commando came to us with nothing but a name and a strong idea, and left with a brand that started winning clients straight away.
Working with a studio you can actually sit across a table from changes the work. The strategy day is sharper in person, the feedback loops are faster, and the brand ends up feeling like yours because two people who run their own small business in the same town built it with you.
Thirty minutes, and you'll know either way.
